Hi all had a clam for about a maxima for about a month doing great, but a few days ago I moved it and span it the opposite way. Now I see it she’ll moving back and forth, will this cause it to dislodge or cause damage. Mantle fully open.

Can't tell from the picture and without video. A clam will rotate on its own to deal with current. Bigger clams tolerate flow well but I do not think smaller clams as well. Once a clam is doing well, it's best not to move them.
