I had an issue with my Gyre XF230 and was worried the warranty process would take a long time, especially since they don't have a phone number to communicate. I sent a warranty request this past Sunday and received a response within 1hr of their opening business hours. They will be sending a replacement part. So far, so good. Waiting to see how long it takes to actually ship.

My experience was very good. Motor in my XF150 stopped working. Response time was quick and replacement received in a reasonable amount of time (meaning I was happy but don't remember the specifics).

So far, I've been extremely pleased with coralvue's customer service. Got my shipping confirmation and expecting delivery this Wednesday.
