Based on this and some other conversations I had / read, I am running 30/90/100/40 on the channels. Apparently that is close to AB+, seems to be working fine but this is my first light/tank so I don't have much a reference point
I see, well I decided to compare it now to the ATI/Reefspec spectrum;

From maxspect: Channel C on 100% is slightly more that 1/3 of the blue peak while the reefspec is less than 1/10 (0,07). To get the same ratio 0,33 needs to go to 0,07. 0,33*0,21 is around 0,07. So 21% channel C to 100% channel A+B+D.

As I have a Softy/LPS (440L) cube tank and recently changed the scape.. so I decided to go to 50% intensity, so A+B+D 50%, C 10%. I'll hire a PAR meter to see what the results are.
