Maxspect Gyre Setup/Apex - 350Gallon Mixed Reef

I have 2 Maxspect 250 and was wondering what your schedule is like to run them at the same time.
They used to be controlled with the Maxspect system so at most it used to go to 60%... but I ended up buying the Ice Cap and went a little too crazy...

I copied and pasted what I found from Bulk Reef Supply for my 350Gallon DT but sort of seems like my anemones are hating the super flow sometimes..

70 x 33 x33 size of the DT and have a 60 inch internal overflow with bean animal system that creates flows on the surface.
Just wondering if you have a better idea for the schedule.. Thank you

I have mine set with an alternating gyre mode, they’re actually at 45 degree angles which provides (almost) perfect flow for my tank. Both gyres are on one side, and on the opposite end i have 2 cheap-o power heads pointed towards the surface for agitation

The alternating gyre is constant 24/7, and the most it stays on before alternating is... i believe i have it set for 30 seconds.
