As stated, Red Sea reefer 625xxl about 8 months old. Mostly soft corals, anenome's and zoas throughout. I've got the maxspect rsx 300 on it's stock mounting legs which sit the light on the left/right of the tank and about 8" above the water. I've got the following schedule and settings going, but nothing seems to be really take off. Water tests result in 0-2 ammonia, 10 Nitrite, and around 5-10 Nitrate. WC once monthly at 30%. Dose Red Sea trace colors, iodine, and reef roids. I enjoy the two different settings morning vs evening, where the first part of the day is more "sunlighty" like a T-5 and the second part of the day and evening is more blue-ish which causes the greens in my softies and zoas to pop. I tried the stock loads from the IPV6 and most seem to be much too blue. I'm not sure if I should ramp the intensity up or down. Would like to get some other settings if anyone else has this same light and setup. I have the four channels as follows:

A= 6500K Cool White + Deep Blue 455nm
B=460nm Deep Blue + 480nm Blue
C=400-420 Violet + 455nm Deep Blue
D=3000K Warm White + 665nm Deep Red

And here's the schedule:

0830: 0900 to 1400: 1400 to 1930: 2100:
A-0% A-65% A-35% A-0%
B-0% B-60% B-60% B-0%
C-0% C-60% C-60% C-0%
D-05 D-65% D-35% D-0%

How long has the tank been setup for? Have you checked par at the places of coral placement? I think the legs set the light too close to the surface. Suspending these lights at 11"-12" is probably recommended by quite a few, but people do have success using the stock legs.

The tank is about 8 months old. I'm using a slightly modified spectrum between the softy and LPS/mixed tank program that came with the IPV6 module. Yes, I'm using the stock legs due to my ceiling is 12' high and I don;t want wires hanging that far above my tank for asthetics reasons. The coral placement is roughly mid to bottom of the tank. This was due to keeping things wet when I do water changes. I have not checked par due to expense of the equipment. $3-500 for a thing I'll use once is a no-no for me. Hoping someone has a good solid schedule/settings for what I've got going. The stock maxspect settings are far too blue.
