So , i got a new turbine duo 12k for my new waterbox reef lx 240
And i started noticing issues when i put my pump on feed mode, after that the pump controller went to Off mode , after many restarts and tweaking the modes it would work randomly.
Also that happened if i turned the pump off and then on and i have to manually fix it every time , you can imagine how frustrating it is when we got some instant power outages in the middle of the night and i had to start the pump manually again !
Restoring to factory settings didnt work , i tried to update firmware didnt work also !
Has anyone faced this issue ? i found a 4year old video on youtube but no solutions there.
Maxpects official answer is that they have no idea what could be causing this which is ok, although it looks like a faulty controller !!
Then they said to sent the pump back ,which is fine , but they refuse to sent a temporary replacement or something so i can keep my tank running which is kinda frustrating for a 400$ pump.
looking for solutions or ideas maybe .
