Led Gurus I have a question I have hard time to find right color for my 65 gal tank I'm using Mean Well LPC-35-700 constant current driver it is possible to adjust the current on this driver example I like to run my led at 500mA
Do I have to add potentiometer or something I have no idea

Sorry but you can't adjust the current with those drivers, you'll need to get yourself a dimmable driver like a Mean Well ELN-60-48D, then you can wire in a potentiometer for manual dimming.

The ELN60 series is more suited for two parallel strings...

I would recommend The ELN30-48D as you would not have to adjust it and the 30 series will offer better efficiency at 500mA than the 60 series.

Also the ELN30-48D can drive 3-12 LEDs same as the LPC35-700. The ELN60-48 offers less flexibility at lower current as its minimum Vf is much more than the ELN30-48.

That said if your Driving 24 LEDs you can use the 60series in two parallel strings which works quite well.

Lots of driver options including dimmable Inventronics and Thompson Research...

Cheers

Bill
