I attached a video of my flow. It down seem right

I have a 2 stage BRS media reactor. In the gfo side I have nothing. I have carbon in the carbon side.

The valve & pump are all the way open.

I also took the pump apart and there is nothing impeding flow. I feel like it should be flowing faster than this.

I haven't taken the hoses apart to see if algae or anything is stuck. Any ideas before I take the pump and hoses apart and view this? I also haven’t taken the pump off the hose to see if it will flow better in a bucket or something. It is a sicce pump

Any flow is fine – keep in mind that could be in a media bag laying in your sump and it would still work.

If you think the pump isn't working right, measure your actual flow rate and see if it fits what the pump should be delivering according to its flow curve/specs.
