I have a RS-100 sump with my 75gal tank. I hindsight I should have went with a bigger sump. My phosphates are running a little high and I would like to run a little carbon to get the water crystal clear. But the skimmer takes up the entire center compartment. Anyone have experience running a skimmer and a media reactor in this sump or have suggestions on how to place everything?

Thank you. I didn’t think about keeping it outside the tank, but that makes sense. I’d probably want to make or buy some type of bracket to make sure the return line doesn’t slip out of the sump.

BSR also had a video this week on running GFO and carbon and mentioned not running it 24/7. Do you guys run it on a set schedule?
