I have a JBJ 65 now and as you can see in the pictures Of how I’m going to set it up I have a couple of questions. What would be the best place to put the pump and the return? In the third place where my fingers playing I will be setting up a refugium so no where there and As you can see on the far right I have a skimmer. The middle section is the pumps. Would it be best if I have the pump in the actual tank and the return going into one of these places in the back? I would’ve bought a different The reactor for my tank but it’s what I have. Thank you

I wouldn't put the pump in the tank especially since you have that space in the back. Ideally you'd want the water from the reactor back to the tank or the section of the return pump. With the reactor (I'm assuming for GFO) and a skimmer on a 65 you should be good with filtration. But if you really want the refugium that will be tough.
