Metal Halide Question?

I don't have much experience with MHs so I would like your wisdom.
I am in the process of converting my 70 cube to an all sps tank. I have a Giesemann Bilux fixture, planning on running only one bulb.
My question:
What is the Best Halide bulb to use with an Icecap electronic ballast? What kalvin rating? I would like to get the most growth possible.

I'd only use one of those if I had a 400w halide.

I second the 14k phoenix. My 180g is lit with them. 3x150w.
