If I remember correctly prazipro is one medication that it is not recommended you mix with others. However you can mix the metro in food and bind it with focus then feed it that way. What are you treating for?
Also, prazipro is more effective if used in a QT so the fish can be exposed to it for at least 24hrs, rather than a bath.

Fish in qt, TTM in progress with Prazipro on transfer 2 and 4. Noticed stringy poo and wrasse spitting food out.

Stringy poo is definitely an indication of internal parasites. If you can get Seachem focus then you can bind the metro to food with it, such as mysis. Treating this way is actually more effective because the medicine is going directly to the gut where the parasites are. Your protocol looks good, however make sure that the prazipro doses are 5-7 days apart. The first dose is to kill the current worms the second 5-7 days after is to get any eggs that hatched. Also, unless you are noticing any signs or have confirmed flukes then you may want to consider waiting for the prazi treatment until after metro is done. That way it's less stress on an already sensitive fish such as a wrasse.

Thanks for the inputs. I'm going to wait and start the metro after the last transfer which is in an hour. Tomorrow I will try the metroplex for 10 days.

Prazipro is much more effective against external worms (like flukes) than internal ones.

I have to add metroplex to the tank because the wrasse is not eating. Do I dose it everyday?

Thank you. Here are a couple pics of the poop. Can anyone verify if it's a parasite of not? Sorry they are a little blurry.

So on top of the internal parasites, I noticed this big white spot on my wrasses head this morning while trying to get him to eat. Uggh...Does it look like flukes? Should I do another round of Prazipro?

I'm trying to now. He's not cooperating. The best way I can explain the spot is...think of a teenager with a huge pimple and it has the white head on it that ready to pop. [emoji2]
