micro food

i am just curious as to what everybody feeds there micros? I am one who tends to not like to add to much polution to my tank. Just thought I'd get some different ideas

I feed my micros and acans frozen mysis. I shave the mysis to break them up some and then let them soak in vita-chem and tank water for 30 minutes or so. They will eat up anything meaty they can get their feeder tentacles on!!

I just noticed a post about Rods food, does anybody feed it to their micros/acans?
