From uni-celluar Dinoflagellates to the mulit-cellular ciliates found in our oceans, they are thriving and living in our reef systems! With the aid of a good Microscope, I have been able to pierce into a fascinating world we call the microbes. I plan on sharing each time I find a cool microbe, please sit back and enjoy what is found in your waters.

This microbe is the same one, viewed under two types of illumination. (Bright Field and Dark Field Illumination)

Now I’ll be subconsciously thinking about this every time my fish splash me!
Here is another found in our reefs, and remember when getting tank water on hands, make sure you clean up before eating or touching orifices on our bodies.
