I wouldn't rule out ciliates. The only way to verify if it's red bugs or ciliates is to isolate some and inspect them under a microscope. I need to understand what red bugs are doing, if they are acting like ciliates cleaning dead tissue up or actually damaging the tissue. Ciliates are believed to be clearing dead tissue up and are most associated with "brown jelly disease". Acropora can develop BJD as LPS can.

Hi
Did you find any treatment for this pest?
I take some pics with microscope and put a ruler to show size of pests. The rulers unit is 1/10 mm.
They are much smaller than AEFW.
