I’ve had this Midas Blenny for well over two months but about a week ago I noticed some scrapes along one of its sides. I assumed it was from going in and out of the rocks and just watched for infection. But then this morning part of both front fins are completely torn up. Then later today I noticed a white lump at the top of the dorsal fin. Anyone know what could be wrong? I have an emerald crab and some hermit crabs that could be the problem?

The fins opposed to aggression appear to be fin and tail rot. Noticeable also is Very is Very thin and will progressively weaken. If you are feeding pellets only, not a very good diet.
I agree there is likely scrapes from rock.
What is your ammonia and nitrate level and how are you testing it?
What foods are you feeding?

I have been feeding pellots twice a day but will look into a better diet. I have been getting my levels tested by my LFS who offer free testing. Got them checked a couple days ago and they were good

Please find out numbers and type pf test kit used. Many LFS will tell you good and hope for next sale not saying its the case.
Need better pics of the side of fish showing skin damage.
For diet, this fish is an omnivore and while it accepts pellets and nibbles on algae needs mysis shrimp, clam , spirulina brine shrimp, mussels and a good food containing some of these is LRS fish frenzy which has fats and omegas required for this fish

Thank you- what I wanted to see is severity. I recommend since fish is already in display tank, Ruby rally pro for 7 days dosed at 85% OR if you have a quarantine tank- Seachem Kanaplex

And the ruby rally pro is reef safe, right?
Absolutely

Rally PRO is a broad-spectrum concentrated treatment designed to be used directly in the display tank to eliminate external parasites, flagellates, velvet, clownfish disease, gill flukes, etc. on fish. Rally PRO also treats gram negative bacterial infections, fin and tail rot, etc., and prevents secondary infections and is safe for all fish , corals and invertebrates and will not affect biofiltration. Rally PRO will turn the water a yellowish green color which is temporary

I would have to order it, so it wouldn’t be until a few days that I would be able to dose it. Is there anything I can do in the meantime?

Quarantine and use conventional meds listed, but keep an eye on it and as long as it does not worsen, wait for rally but if it becomes raw/infected, you will have to go with quarantine method mentioned

What other fish are in with this blenny?

The emaciated condition is very serious, but common to this species, I wrote up some text about it here:

O.K., they would be unlikely to have damaged the blenny's fins. I do then think you are faced with that "skinny blenny issue" - it is so common with this species, sorry.
