Hello,

Over the past couple days I’ve noticed a slightly raised white spot on my blenny. I looked around online and couldn’t find anything that looked similar. Hard to keep him still for a picture but I did my best it’s right behind the eye.

Any thoughts?

Around 2-3 weeks. I just sat at the tank and watched him for awhile. Noticed some spots on the body further down as well that look like possible ich.

They dig burrows in stuff so they're always hurt. Mine comes out every day looking like hell and then in under an hour he's fine again.

looks like a post injury that is in the healing process. Body weight looks good as is breathing and swimming behavior. It could use a little more fat.
What foods are you feeding it?

I may be blind I don't see 'the spot' or 'the spots'. However, it is swimming towards the powerhead in that one picture. I'm assuming you didn't qt the fish (with medication)?

feed twice a day without overfeeding. Other foods would be small plankton and chopped krill such as Hikari brand

Just to add, the fish is a bit thin, take a look at this post:
