Hey so I have a 30 gallon. I have a Midas blenny, who spends 2/3 of his time in his hiding cave, and 1/3 in the water column, never have I seen him on the sand bed. He’s never bothered the clown pair or my cardinal, the only aggression I’ve seen is him knocking a crab off the rockwork who was in his cave. If I add a goby and pistol shrimp bonded pair, would there be aggression between them? Or not because they would’ve in different places in the tank? Thanks

I have a 29 gallon and have a pair of clowns and planning on royal gramma, Midas blenny, and firefish. I have asked a similar question and got the answer that they should cohabitate but every fish is different and there is always a chance of aggression with new additions. I was recommended yellow watchmen goby, pink spot, and yasha goby. Ive also heard a lot about Dracula gobies pairing with pistol shrimp.

Thanks, I think lab to ask my lfs if they have any already bonded pair just as an insurance policy
