I've been using my Milwaukee for a while now. It seems to be doing ok and it's super quick and easy. I cross check it with Red Sea and BRS meters and they seem to be +2/-2 difference. No negative issues with the tank. I calibrate mine quite a bit. Never really seems to be off by that much though.

Just pulled the trigger on the Vee Gee at Amazon. :)

My Vee Gee has been great, it's holding it's calibration like a champ.....I've spot checked it several times and still holding steady.

My Milwaukee is very reliably .002 high. So I know I need to aim for 1.028. I tried to have a conversation at MACNA 2015 with the Milwaukee folks, but the guy was super defensive and got all salty about it. It's the last dedicated Milwaukee product I bought as a result of that conversation.

The Hanna version was dead on. I compared with a friend's. We compared refractometers, the Hanna, and he Milwaukee all at the same time with the same source water.
