I love this tank!
These tiny complete aquariums inspired me to design one myself. Haven't started construction yet, but here is what I got going on so far. The idea is to have everything larger tanks have, just mini. Will include a airstone skimmer with skimmate locker, gravity fed ATO, temp controlled heater, reef style lighting and small refugium section in sump. Display is 1.2 gal and sump is .4 gal.
I have no idea if this will realistically work, but its worth a shot.

I just ordered one of these little tanks. Looking forward to stocking!

my other tank has micro brittle stars, colonista snails, and amphipods. After these there should be just enough room for a yellow tang!

any updates on this little guy?

Been MIA for a bit due to a couple of pump failures. It seems the flow mod was putting too much restriction in the pump and causing them to fail. I have worked out a solution and just got everything set back up.

Hopefully we can have some updated photos soon.

Does anyone have an STL file for the sump? If we had one, printing a modded sump for ATO usage would negate the need for the drilling and measuring needed for the ato mod.

Love seeing someone else with one! I'm definitely going to have to do your ATO set up. I went with the floating light, did the full power mod, and set up my tank with some live rock and cycled media from my display tank. I also set a 5w betta heater and controller.

I did a mod for my flow, so I'm hoping I dont kill the pump by that. Might have to find a spare pump to have just in case on hand.

Any updates? I’ve LOVED everything so far!
Tank has been taken down for now due to work travels. I am gone for 3+ months out of the year.

I have started a couple of businesses on my own in the hopes of being able to stay home and not travel.

In the meantime I have started a 640 gallon reef pond project that will be a little more forgiving with my travels .
