What is the easiest way to get a mini maxi to release its foot from the glass?

They’re strong, I would use a ice cube to get it started, then use my fingers to work it out/off

I’ve never seen one on the glass .
mine have always buried themselves inside rocks .
I have 2 I wish I could relocate to another tank

If it's on a smooth, flat surface, you can easily use a credit card (or other rigid, supremely thin sheet) under the foot with no/minimal damage. As always, be gentle.

You can simply peel it off the glass. Just do it carefully and go slow

Use a credit card and slowly slide it under and peel away.
I’ve moved them dozens of times this way for our 19 maxis and never once hurt any of them.
