Not sure what control box you’re referring too. My mitras are just the enclosure and the power brick.

I see the now OP was asking about LX (all one unit) I was referring to Mitras 3 Light bars. I was talking about the Profilux controller.

Ok now that makes sense:). These are way more powerful than the bars.

Reefi is simpler setup, and much cleaner look.
This is rather subjective, isn't it? I think what a fixture looks like is purely up to the person looking at it. Me? I don't care what the fixture looks like, I care about how it functions.

The initial programing is a little different but still easier than GHL. GHL is overly complicated you'll have extra wires and a control box that never stays connected to the internet. My Reefi is father away from the router and enclosed in a canopy and never looses connection. GHL box is out in the open and closer and always looses connection, very frustrating.
I am not sure I follow here. What external control box is required for the GHL?

As for comparing the wifi chipsets, I can't speak to that and maybe the uno is better. I persinally don't have issues with my Mitras either via wifi or the Profilux wireless card. Maybe your ReeFi is on a different channel than the Mitras and that channels signal to noise is worse? Maybe they interfere with each other?

The GHL box can do other things and gives you room for expansion but most people already have a apex or hydros.
You don't need a Profilux to run Mitras. They are perfectly capable of running stand-alone.

The Reefi is way more powerful than the GHLs. I don't know how they do
The Mitras is 190W with 72 LEDs
The UNO is 180W with 72 LEDs
The UNO Pro is 270W with 114 LEDs

Between the Mitras and the Uno, output is going to be roughly similar but the spectral power may differ based on the types of LEDs (I don't care to even look).

The uno pro uses more power, so outputs more light :)

So - aside from subjective likes, and interface preference, I think what Rishma is looking for is mroe along the lines of light output and rendering.

Screen shots taken from the linked video showing Mistras 7200 clusters and 7500 clusters at 100%. The 7200s remind me of my 10k halides with VHO actinics. The 7500/ remind me of 20k halides. @BeanAnimal
Do these pictures look true to life to you?

And a 100% shot of Reefi Uno Pros. I might actually like this look the best. Does this look true to life to those who have Reefi?

The Reefi looks pretty close to what mine looks like at my whitest point. White but fluorescence is still there. I can not get that to show like that in a pic or video. How'd you do it? My pics always look way more blue.

Here's a comparison video I did with my Mitras when I switched them over to the Coral Pop model last year.

Your video is really excellent and the best comparison I’ve found with the 7200/7500.

Do you feel the video shows the color the same as it looks in person?

How do you like the new pucks after a using them for a while?

Thank you. 🙂

I shot the video on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra) with a blue light filter and did some light tweaking to the image to get the colors accurate as possible.

If I left it raw, exactly as what the camera sees with the filter, it would've been unrealistic and colors would've been exaggerated. It wouldn't have been a fair representation of the light or the changeover. Instead, I adjusted it so it's as close to what I see with my eyes as possible.

Overall, I do like them. It took a good 5-6 months to really see a change for the better because I intentionally took my time with it and fine tuned the spectrum and intensity until I got the look I liked. The corals at the moment aren't at their peak because I'm in the process of transitioning my trace element supplements to another brand, but overall the 75xx clusters have done well for me.
