I use @Vinny@GHLUSA light composer. I changed it slightly to a tad more blue. I'm thinking to add more blue. But my question is the red and green lights. What should those be at max for sps to use what it needs to but not help boost algae? I've read white light can help algae so I'm wondering what light to turn down. There is I think cool white, sky white, neutral white and cool white. Not sure what the bad one is. Also green and red. Should those be off completely. Trying to find the best color or kelvin for acropora growth and look. And hell with algae outbreak

Ok I emailed vinny and ditto but I'll post as I'd love to solve this. Even though my sps frags are probably to far gone by now. Im trying to learn mitras settings. There is high output which I can set to 100% or lower.

When I make a.light composer I set my channel colors to where I want for that time frame. At the top left it has a brightness dial. 0 to 100% which one of those is changing the led.intensity to prevent burning of corals? If I set the brightness to 100% but on mitras lx7 high output setting I put 50% they only run 50% intensity correct?

Now what if I have my.mitras settings at high output 100%. And in light compower if i create my channels and at top left i change brightness to 50% is the intensity running at 50% or am i blasting my tank at high output 100? This is confusing and sucks I cant so this from my phone. I have to login to gcc usb to do all this but I need clarification so I can find out if this is roasting my acros
