tank is cycled and now im wondering what settings i should set lights too. during cycle they were using a composer off the website. i forget which one. i added a couple % white cause girl liked it better. but it was high efficiency. today i put them on high output. but like 85%.. im guessing since im gonna start to get SPS on my waterbox 130. i should put them at high output and 100%. but my question is what max temp should i put and fan speed??? they are believe 12 or 13" off waterline tank is 22" deep

I have my max temp set at 60C with max fan speed set at 100%. Don't recall what the defaults were. I'm running in high efficiency mode.

The fans really aren't noticeable, I see no reason to not have them set at 100%.

I run mine on high output with power balancing and the thermal limit set to 65C (GHL is fine with this, it's either in their manual or you can find it on their support forum) for well over a year with no problems. I use the Vinny program slightly modified from the GHL website.
