Mixing Anthias

I’ve tried to research this already but couldn’t find a clear answer. I have 4 Lyretail Anthias coming this week (1 male 3 females) I was torn between them and the Dispar Anthias and sorta want both if possible. I have a 100G tank and was wondering if later down the line if I wanted to add Dispar would they have any issues and should I buy females or a pair if I do?

Enjoy the lyre tail. Wouldn’t add the dispar w that size system.
