mixing calcium nitrate help

Hi everyone.
I picked up this calcium nitrate - http://greenleafaquariums.com/aquarium-fertilizers-supplements/calcium-nitrate.html - to start dosing to my aquarium. I am not sure how much to mix up. My tank is about 200 gallons. Should I just go by their instructions even though its for planeted aquariums?
