Mobius App Not Responding, any clues?

Here it is… I’ve never had a problem with the Mobius app, since yesterday it’s unresponsive, the circle just keeps spinning. Anyone else having this issue? I sent a bug issue into ETM.

I just answered my question…i had to turn off my phone, then turn it back on to get Mobius app to work. What?

Shouldn’t have to do this I would think.

Common problem though it has gotten a lot better.

Hmmm…daily issue. Response was delete all products, reset, re-add to app. Not a problem before, last three days…spinning blue on circle on app. IDK what’s changed.
