Mobius app won’t log in!

For whatever reason, every time I try to log into my mobius app (which I’ve done 1000 times) it says “unknown error”. And my radions have now turned off because of this, and now I cannot get back into the app to turn them off. Can someone help?

been having problems recently too…
for myself, i just kept trying and closing the app and restarting until it logged me in.

think they need to release an update for their app…
problem seems to be associated with recent o/s updates on our phones
