HELP- Ecotech Radion G6 wont turn on

Had an extended power outage this morning of unknown cause. I have two G6 XR 15 radions, one turned back on and the other did not. I have tried unplugging and allowing power to drain twice now, once for 15 minutes and once for 45 minutes, radion still wouldnt turn on. Deleted the device from the mobius app and tried to reconnect, app is now unable to find the device. Tried to do a manual factory reset with the buttons but none of the buttons are responsive. Not sure what else I can do to try to reset and connect this radion. Any suggestions would be great.

It looks like you’ve do everything . you might want to call ecotech and speak to a tech . Maybe they could give you insight . Hopefully it’s not from a surge

Check the fuse on the main board. That's usually the first thing that goes on these lights after power outage.

Did you try plugging it into the other brick that the working Radion is using to see if the problem is the power source?
