Mobius Authorization?

Hi,

Any idea how long it takes to get authorization to actually use Mobius? Downloaded the software, set-up account credentials but am waiting for authorization to actually access the software.

Brought home my new XR30 Pro because last one is not working and can't use it because I can't access the software.

Can anyone help me use this?

Did you verify your email address? Ecotech will send a link - until you do that no bueno.

This was the issue for me since I downloaded the all months before I had a Mobius ready device.

Same issue, been waiting close to 24 hours
