EcoTech, when are you going to fix this buggy piece of crap software package? Today none of the icons on the main screen appear, there's noticeable lag and all three (3) of my devices are now showing (!) errors - simply from trying to increase the intensity on my schedule. I was only able to resolve one - the other two are hopelessly glitched. Restoring from backup didn't fix the problem, either. And trying to fix this ended up freaking out the fish - one of who turned my tank into a snowglobe.

question is your lights not coming on at all?
I haven't looked at myai app in almost a year I set the intensity an lost the phone got a new phone still haven't downloaded the app. someday, maybe

I just setup Mobius for my new MP40s and added my new Hydra 32s to the AI app. IMO the new BLE control for these devices is terribly unreliable. I have older gen MP10s controlled by Neptune WXM and loved the AI app for my 1st gen Primes. But the loss of wifi control really stinks. Numerous times the lights failed to update and I had to try one or two more times. I also had an issue where one of my mp40s was not reachable by Mobius. Fortunately I solved it just by power cycling the pump. But this tank has only been up for 2 weeks and is still cycling. I'm not looking forward to finding out just how much more of a pain these apps can be.

I’m not. But simple opening the app to change a schedule intensity from 60-65% shouldn’t require 30 minutes of troubleshooting to fix, either.
