Modding a black box led

Anyone ever mod a black box led to add moonlights? I have two led moonlights that I removed from my old nanocube hood and I'd like to incorporate them into my black box somehow so that I can have moonlights. Anyone do something like this before?

they come apart pretty easy. there is decent amount of room around some brands leds to add a couple more and then on the driver side of the box there is usually some extra space for a small driver for them.
