Cocker spaniels scare me more, poor dogs usually start out nice, then chronic ear infections make them head shy, and it's all downhill from there.

Chihuahua's get a bad rap, they are just misunderstood.

I am partial though, and socialization is key.

I have met some cool chihuahuas too. I don't really care for cocker spaniels either. Just never been partial to them. Your right, socialization with people and other pets is key with any young pet.

You have a Jack Russell terrier? I used to have one, she was my baby girl. I miss her. My username is after her, Cleo. Til we meet again, sweet girl, Miss Cleo.

I got two, one is super old 17 years and the girl is 8 now, I always had JR in Europe I had a Staffordshire bullterrier, he was awesome.
Went me everywhere, work, school, even when I was running, he ran more miles a week than I did and I raked up about 140.
Had to leave him with my Dad when I moved here and he past from loneliness a year later, he would survive the 6 week QT here in Houston anyways as he was 15 when I moved here.
