Haven't checked in for a while. Had a rare event today...a little free time. So I spent some time with the toys and made this today. Now, the real challenge for this non-techie...programming the thing. Alex has already given me some tips so I think I'm ready.

You will like it a lot once you have it programmed, as mentioned a 1 year old can do it I'm 52 and I did it 52 times.......... go figure :D

So cats are a hobby or just having a pet??

We had a cat a very long time ago. We ended up with a hobby of putting bandaid's on all the time from the biting and scratching. Meanest darn thing ever.

wife is 100% ailurophobia, she once locked herself in here car and would not come out til I came to get her...
she gets it really BAD!

Having a fish is a pet or a hobby?

Could be both? Goldfish in a bowl maybe just a pet. Full miniature ocean in your living room, probably a hobby.

Same may be able to be said about cats or dogs. If you end up breeding or having a show dog as an example, then maybe it becomes a hobby.

Yeah. Added 20 lbs of sand so I decided to clean it up while I was at it. You know if you move all the rock it never goes back the way it was. I was never thrilled with the old scape anyways, and although very similar I like the new better.

Not that it matters to me as I will walk my dogs and watch my fish as walking your fish will be weird :cool:

You can put them in a bowl and carry them along too. And bring them a few treats. Lol

Some dogs can be like that too, chihuahuas can the meanest dog breed in the world.

Cocker spaniels scare me more, poor dogs usually start out nice, then chronic ear infections make them head shy, and it's all downhill from there.

Chihuahua's get a bad rap, they are just misunderstood.

I am partial though, and socialization is key.

Always carry when I walk the dogs and it ain't going to be a fish bowl.
