Before we get to 555 and the real party begins, I would like to thank the mods for letting this madness continue. We take ourselves a little too seriously sometimes and this has been a blast!

I haven't ran in a week since I am installing our floors but just ran a 9:09 with a 10lbs. vest on. Not great but pretty average.
