What's wrong with being 300 lbs?I used to be 308lbs... One of the keys to my success is that I drop as much sugary foods as possible (although I eat tons of cookies around the holidays but I do not gain weight because I run 22-25 miles each week and lift weights 3x per week also). I also do not eat fried food. Anyway, I have since gotten used to unsweetened tea and now sweet tea tastes bad to me.
I do miss regular mountain dew and such....
I don't believe in bmi by weight and height. People are built differently so the weight is worn differently. People usually guess I'm 50 lbs lighter than what I am. I could lose a few pounds or 40 but it's not that big of a deal to me. Pizza and fried chicken are a big deal to me haha.If you believe BMI to be an indicator of health, nothing is wrong with 300lbs so long as you are at least 7' 6". Granted that doesn't take muscle mass into consideration.
