Now I know why this thread was created people!
Don't tag a mod suggesting to move a thread to a more appropriate location

It will get deleted.
So I have come to the conclusion .. let the mods run in the background saying nothing to them in hopes of them making their own decision without any input from paying well known members..
There..
Now I feel better lol
Paying...haha

So that's a pretty terrible conclusion...
We're here to help and ultimately to ensure everyone abides by the Terms of Service.

I'm sorry you feel that way, but there really isn't any vigilantes on this side.

If ANYONE every sees something amiss, please use the report button! (It's at the bottom of every post)
That's where the problem is..
There wasn't anything amis at all.
I suggested a thread be moved to a more appropriate location based on the subject.
I tagged a mod suggesting this thinking I was helping..

But seriously though... I live in the woods basically. My one neighbor just put up a fence to prevent my other neighbors leaves from coming into his yard. Now the other neighbor is hiring a lawyer because the fence goes past the front of their house. And they want me to sign the letter that I'm offended by the fence too.

To prevent leaves from going into his yard? Really??

That's an easy on in NJ....was the fence installed by code and did they have a permit. If so, no reason for legal action; if not, that fence is coming down.

I can't pronounce the words rural, literal and worcestershire correctly.

And one Halloween I found out how many licks it took to get to the center of a tootsie roll tootsie pop.

Yes. Really. "Dude... you live in the woods!"

I'm pretty sure it is code here too. Problem is that the guy is friends with the inspector. And they put the nice side of the fence facing in rather than out.

That doesn't fly here. Unless it's an epa violation (like illegal dumping) or a health concern we can do whatever we want with our property. If the neighbors don't like it they have the right to move

Oh and they only stained their side of the fence too. I told my neighbor to stack their leaves up against it and the fence would rot through in a year.

Why can't we all just get along?
