I would have to estimate but it's somewhere along the lines of

5 lbs turkey
3 lbs mashed potatoes
2 boxes stove top stuffing
2 cans of corn
3 heads of broccoli
1/2 head of cauliflower
1 lb Velveeta
3 cans of green beans
18 dinner rolls
1/4 pumpkin pie piled with frozen cool whip

Alot of that is vegetables, so you were being healthy.

Cajun injected oven roasted. It was so tender and juicy. I found the trick is to buy a fresh turkey and not a frozen. It's been a long time since I bought a frozen turkey.

We go Black Friday shopping every year. It is a tradition in our house. We intentionally go to all of the worst spots. Did a good bit of shopping too.
