Mods to a JBJ nano?

Hey guys! I just got a new 24g JBJ nano (w/ advanced LEDs). What mods have you guys done (should I do) to this thing? I am thinking about changing the media, adding a skimmer... Should I upgrade the pump, or is the stock one good? Should I remove the ceramic bio media?

I just ordered an Aquamaxx HOB-1 skimmer for mine . Other than that, a chiller. Thats it.
