I've had it about 4 months. Used it on my 60 gallon cube to zap mojanos. Worked very good until my tank decided to crack one day while I was gone killing everything.

It comes with whatever was stock in the box.
It worked fine in my 24" deep tank. Had to get hand wet though. I know some guys attach them to some eheim tongs.
