HELP. I have a Nudibranch infestation in my bio cube so severe that I have taken the tank apart, re dipped the corals, dipped and scrubbed the rocks and have everything sitting in a small quarantine tank overnight. What do I do with the sand in the infected tank? Nudibranch are in the back chambers of the bio cube. I am scrapping them down as much as I can. I don’t know if the eggs will be in the sand. Can I just vacuum the top of the sand, or flush it out with new water or do I have to throw out the sand and start new?

You just need to keep their food source away from them for a few months. Meaning no monties. The nudis will starve with no access to monties to eat. Your sand and everything else will be usable again. You can even use it now, but just with no monties. Going monti free for at least 3 months is the suggested course.
