What kind of digitata is this? Someone told me it was forest fire but don’t they have green tips?

That looks like a forest fire. I have a Bubble Gum and it is similar but has blue base with green tips.

Monti digita - Hardy. . . moderate light and flow

Awesome photos in here! such an underrated coral, to my understanding bubble gum "digitata" is actually montipora samarensis, the coenstrum ridges are very prominent where as the real forest fire digitata is actually montipora digitata and lacks pronounced coenstrum ridges.

Thats how I have always told them apart

Where and what are coenstrum ridges?

Good info here. I was wondering why my bubblegum looked different than most digi I have had.
