Montipora getting holes all of a sudden

I got this monti frag about 2 months ago and it started out tiny so it has grown to cover the plug completely meaning it’s been doing pretty good. Just this week I have been noticing some things that look like holes in the top of it. I just got a new frag the other day but if I can remember correctly I used some coral dip on it after acclimating. Any idea what this could be? Right now I’m thinking maybe nudibranches are eating it but I’m not sure because nothing else is seeing effects yet and I’m not able to see anything thag looks like it could be a nudibranch on it. Thanks.

Sorry for late reply. I’m really not sure what it was. The holes seemed to have gone away by the next day. I’m not very familiar with montipora but maybe it was some type of feeding response.
