Moonlight Pictures

Woke up a little after 4 AM this morning and decided to see how a few pictures taken under the moonlights in the tank would look.

In order to get these a tripod was used and the exposures were timed for 28 seconds. In the first one you can see the movement behind the Monti Cap by the long spined urchin. I think that is what makes this picture fun to look at.

Because the shutter was open as long as it was, there was no way to stop the flow enough for this Ric not to move a bit. But it is neat to see how it glows under the moonlights.

This Branching Hydnophora really glows under the moonlights.

Sweet captures Nikon_Guy. I really love long exposures of any variety, especially cityscapes, and these are great as well.

I don't understand why you like it. The motion blur bugs the heck out of me. But I am kind of "Monkish".
