As I have the Experience of Coral dying it is a real problem if I want to remove them since I used putty a glue to mount them I assume. Correct me or better yet offer a better way to mount them for the future

I use superglue to glue down the disks. Break of the pins first and scrub the stone with a toothbrush before. It is strong enough to hold until the coral growth down from the disk and Ankers itself, but with a bit of force I can detach the disk from the Stone again.

Tunze coral gum is the best I have found. Its a 2 part and drys hard in around 1 minute.
Make a size appropriate ball of the 2 part.
I use a drop of Super glue gel on the bottom of the frag and plug.
Then press the ball onto the frag and then onto the plug.
This creates a solid mount.

That is exactly what I did but now want to remove it . Have you ever tried to do that ?

Yep. I use a small chisel. Be carefull as they are sharp.
Get under the edge and you should have no problem getting it off.

Unfortunately I cannot take the rock out as it has live Coral on them , and is put together the same way . That I will never do again
