Hi, those three drugs are all anti-parasitic, so they won’t work for this in most cases. The only one that might work is formalin, and then only in the rare case that the mouth rot is caused by a fungus, not the more usual bacteria. You likely will need a broad spectrum gram negative antibiotic such as Maracyn 2 or Neoplex. If you can post a picture and give us background information about the tank, we can perhaps tell you more. At the top of this section are sticky notes. The second one down gives examples of additional information that is helpful.
