Moving livestock

Hi just wanted to ask if I’m transferring my livestock to another tank. It’s fresh salt water in the other tank 100% am I ok to move my coral straight over + my live rock? Or will the new water be too raw?

Match the temperature and salinity exactly, at the very least within 1 degree and 0.001SG and you should be fine.
