Moving my 100gallon system(2.5hr drive)

I will be moving my mixed reef in 3 weeks. Total volume is ~100 gallons. It is a 90 gallon display. I arranged an SUV and a small truck to use and a handful of friends at both locations to assist me as I need. I have purchased all new sand, bottled bacteria, and containers for all the corals which are somewhere between 25-30 colonies/frags. I also purchased about 20lbs of Marcorock and scaping materials like super glue and quickset spray. I want to make sure I can create the scape I desire now that I am used to such a large tank. I already had some of that E-Marco 400 stuff on hand and will attempt to use that in some spots. I have plenty of 5 gallon buckets and a few Rubbermaid totes for everything. Much effort has been placed on making sure I have everything covered but now is the point I would like to lean on the community and see what pointers you might have towards gear, best practices, and things you wish you would have upgraded during a tear down/set up.

Sounds like you have most if not everything covered. I did a long range move recently and I made sure to have a few extra 50 or 100w heaters and bubble stones to use in my truck (probably not needed in your case) and when I arrived to give me plenty of breathing room while i set things up. Make more saltwater ahead of time than you think you'll need.

If you're planning on rinsing the sand (I recommend that, personally) that is a labor intensive task that can be done ahead of time to save you the trouble during the move.

I did have one fish injured by (presumably) a shifting rock during the move. I would be careful what you include with your fish during the move since I wish I had been more careful.
