Is that canopy fixed at that height or are you able to raise/lower with those cables? Looking great by the way.

It's adjustable height. The cables are GripLock type system. It can be adjusted from the ceiling and the canopy.

Looking great thus far cannot wait till the tank shows up.

What did you use for the padding? Is it styrofoam?

It's not styrofoam(polystyrene). I ordered mine at foam factory. It's 1/4" 4lbs density closed cell foam(polyethylene).

Decided to pick up a Reeflo Dart Gold. The 180 is actually running the same pump but with a Baldor motor. No room to install a ball valve at the inlet. I usually plug from the inside of the sump incase I need to remove the pump. The new pump will make the transfer a lot smoother as it gives me more advanced time to work on plumbing and it gives me a same spare pump. The tank will arrive this coming Tuesday or the following Monday. Time to start the plumbing!

Most of the return plumbing is done. Doing water test for leaks and so far so good. I switched return pump. Decided to use my Baldor Reeflo instead. The new one have a humming sound to it that is bothering me.

Start to fill with new RedSea salt water and most of the water from the 95G. Placed skimmer and powerheads for a few days before the main move.

Finished the plumbing. Decided to use my old large Baldor Reeflo Dart pump. Since it's much more quiet that the Reeflo Gold Dart. GEO 818 calcium reactor with extra chamber. Two Aquamaxx bio pellet reactor plumbed together.

The main move of all livestock took me 16 hours and it was a back breaker. My sixline wrasse and a baby bengai cardinal went missing but everything else went fine. Had a bunch of left over live rock (well dead now) that I will use when I set up the 180G in the garage.
