I have gotten several PMs in regard to rock 5 and if they are true GPE. I would say no because they don't have the purple disc around the mouth. Here's a closeup pic for you all:

I would agree, but they are still some nice GPE's. Nicer than the ones I have. Mine are paler and lose the green a little easier (most of them go the route of GSDPE's). Nice stuff, Chelsey.
